Pursuant to Chapter 614 of the Texas Government Code, the purchase of the County-issued firearm by each of the following Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office Deputies who honorably retired on December 31, 2024:

Sergeant Robert Nelms;

Lieutenant Patrick Reynolds;

Lieutenant John A. Flores; and

Captain Javier Luna.

The selection of one of the County Commissioners to preside over Commissioners Court meetings in the absence of the County Judge.
